For Wedding Planning Services:
- The base fee for Full-Service Wedding Planning starts at $5,000, including the entire planning of the client’s wedding. The base fee consists of a wedding guest count of (50-100 guests). In addition to the base fee, there is a service fee of 20% on the entire budget expense proposed by the client, which includes but is not limited to; employees, travel cost, equipment setup/ breakdown, and dropoff /pickup rentals.
- The base fee for Month of Service Wedding Planning starts at $3,500 and consists of KDE running the month of wedding (including wedding day) logistics, ensuring all client’s plans (vendors, caterers, bridal party, officiants, etc.) are in order and executed as planned. The month of service wedding planning encompasses a guest count of 50-100 guests and must contractually be 60 days before the wedding date. In addition to the base fee, there is a service fee of 30% on the entire budget expense, including employees, travel cost, equipment setup/ breakdown, and dropoff /pickup of rentals.
- The base fee for Day of Wedding Management starts at $2,500. It consists of KDE running the day of wedding logistics, ensuring all client’s plans (vendors, caterers, bridal party, officiants, etc.) are in order and executed as planned. The day of service wedding management encompasses a guest count of 50-100 guests. In addition to the base fee, there is a service fee of 30% on a base fee which includes but is not limited to; employees, travel expenses, equipment setup/ breakdown, and dropoff /pickup of rentals.
Event Design
- The design base fee begins at $2,000 + 15% (waived when using planning services) includes but is not limited to the visions of designs of floor plan layouts, sketch work of balloons, floral arrangements, linens, and centerpieces creations. The design fee DOES NOT include the decor materials.
For the event planning process, KDE creates a budget outline for the client and assists with venue procurement, vendors procurement, and consultation with all parties as indicated and consented to by the client. KDE will not receive nor claim any additional money for the said discount.
Please be advised that the design base fee is separate from complete planning services for either wedding or private events.
