- The base fee starts at $1,500+
- Includes the entire planning of the client‘s event. The base fee consists of an event guest count of (1- 50 guest). An additional expense will be incurred at the rate of $100 for every 25 guests in attendance at the client‘s event surpassing the base guest count of fifty (50) guest. In addition to the base fee, there is a service fee of 20% on the entire budget expense proposed by the client. The service fee includes but is not limited to; employees, travel cost, equipment setup/ breakdown and dropoff /pickup of rentals.
- Design fees are not included in the prices as mentioned above. All designs are derived from the vision of the KDE design team as a result of the initial consultation and visions of the client. The design base fee begins at $1,000 + 15% (waived when using planning services) includes but not limited to the visions of designs of floor plan layouts, sketch work of balloons, floral arrangements, linens and centerpieces creations. Design fee DOES NOT include the decor materials.
For the event planning process, KDE creates a budget outline for the client and assists with the following: venue procurement, vendors procurement, and consultation with all parties as indicated and consented to by the client. If KDE receives a planner /business discount from a vendor as a result of our stellar reputation, please be advised that the discount will be transferred to the client and KDE will not receive nor claim any additional money for said discount.
Please be advised that the design base fee is separate from full planning services for either wedding and private events.
